That is why we offer the opportunity only to exchange unopened hair extensions in person in our Los Angeles and Riverside County areas. You can either come to any of our locations to do the exchange or we can come to you for a small fee. Exchanges are to be done within 14 days of receiving your order. We hope you understand that due to hygienic reasons we only exchange unopened hair extensions. Please be patient with us as we are growing our business and will be providing international exchanges in the future online.

Services

• A hair consultation is recommended before having hair extensions applied.

• We require a 50% deposit on all services done in our Los Angeles and Riverside County Area with both the purchase of new hair and having hair installed or just having the hair installed or any maintenance needed.
